Design-build firm DBSI announced the results of its holiday toy drive in partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley (BGCAZ), collecting 225+ gifts for kids ages 5–18, enough to fully sponsor the Chandler Club’s holiday party. The effort supports BGCAZ’s broader goal of securing 4,200 gifts this season for kids and teens served across more than 30 Clubhouses in Arizona.
Over the past several weeks, DBSI employees transformed the company’s Ideation Center in Chandler into a festive collection hub, filling the space with new, unwrapped toys. On Friday, December 5, volunteers from DBSI delivered the donations from the Ideation Center to BGCAZ, where the gifts will be distributed during the upcoming Boys & Girls Clubs’ Holiday Party Week.
“Seeing our team rally together to support kids here in the Valley has been incredibly inspiring. Every gift represents a child who gets to feel celebrated this holiday season, and we’re honored to play a part in helping Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley bring that joy to families who need it most,” said Ginny Bruni, CEO of DBSI.
BGCAZ’s annual toy drive helps ensure that kids and teens who rely on the Clubs throughout the year for after-school programs, academic support, meals, and mentoring also get to experience the excitement of the holidays. Gifts collected through partners like DBSI are distributed directly to Club members during festive celebrations hosted at each Clubhouse.
