DBSI Awarded Patent for Service Spot, Innovative Spin on Service Desk

The U.S. Patent Office this month awarded a design patent to DBSI for its innovative Service Spot®.

A new take on the typical offices, desks and cubicles usually found in financial institutions, Service Spot is a modern way for personal bankers and services representatives to have one-on-one meetings with clients. Created with members and customers in mind, Service Spot’s focus is a more accessible, collaborative atmosphere in which to get help with private banking consultations.
