- 72% of Financial Institutions say Digital Signage has improved their sales efforts.
What Types of Digital Signage are Being Used in Branches Today?
We asked bankers to indicated every type of digital signage they have in their branches and here's what they said:
Dynamic Screens | 90% |
Exterior Screens | 42% |
Video Walls | 35% |
Tablets | 33% |
Interactive / Touchscreens | 31% |
Dynamic screens are clearly the heavy hitter when it comes to digital signage but having the right mix for your community and client base is what really makes your program successful.
What is the Most Popular Digital Signage by type of Community?
Suburban | Dynamic Screens & Tablets |
Urban/Metro | Dynamic Screens, Tablets, Interactive Screens, Video Walls, & Exterior Screens |
Rural | Dynamic Screens & Exterior Screens |
Once again dynamic screens are the bread and butter of most Digital Signage program strategies.
Suburban areas have a healthy mix of the classic dynamic screen and tablets. With a tech savvy client base that is typically closer to home when visiting these branches they may have more time to sit at a discovery bar while waiting or to take care of simple online banking transactions.
Urban and Metro areas seem to use every method to engage their tech-savvy clients. with a healthy mix of eye catching classics like dynamic screens and unique engagement tools like interactive screens, these areas clearly want to invest in Digital Signage.
Rural communities are using dynamic screens and exterior screens as the most common types. If you've ever driven through a small town you know exactly why exterior screens are so important in these communities. And we aren't just talking about the time or the temperature.
