Brian Sykes Named to 2027 People & Projects to Know in Commercial Real Estate

Back-to-back honors spotlight leadership talent behind DBSI’s nationwide design-build work

Brian Sykes, Head of Construction & Estimating at DBSI, has been selected by AZ Big Media for the 2027 edition of People & Projects to Know (PTK) magazine. Sykes is featured among Arizona’s general contractors to know, representing DBSI in the annual publication that spotlights the state’s most influential commercial real estate professionals and the projects shaping its landscape.

The honor marks DBSI’s second consecutive year in PTK, following Chief Operating Officer Corde Kurtz’s selection for the 2026 edition.
