DBSI and the Bank Trainers Conference Launch Scholarship for First-Time Attendees

 Professional development can be one of the best investments you make in your career, but it isn't always the easiest one to justify in the budget. 

 That's why DBSI has partnered with the Bank Trainers Conference (BTC) to help remove that barrier. 

The DBSI x BTC Scholarship will award one first-time attendee complimentary registration to the 2026 Bank Trainers Conference in Nashville, giving an emerging training, learning, or HR professional the opportunity to connect with industry leaders, earn SHRM/HRCI credits, and bring practical ideas back to their institution.

This year, DBSI will also take the stage with three educational sessions led by two of our experts. Chief Experience Officer, EJ Kritz, will present two sessions focused on the future of learning and employee development, while Carla Trombly, SVP of Banking Transformation, will share practical strategies to help financial institutions strengthen workforce performance and organizational effectiveness.

The scholarship includes complimentary conference registration (a $1,695 value) for BTC 2026, taking place October 27-29 in Nashville, Tennessee. Travel and lodging are not included. Applicants must be first-time BTC attendees, and the application deadline is August 20, 2026. The selected recipient will be notified during the first week of September.
